Order process

• Choose the size, color and shape of the ticket!
• Choose a font!
• Please provide the dog's name and phone number(s)!
• If you would like crystals for your ticket, check out the Crystals menu item!
(For designs with crystals as standard, you don't need to add them to your cart separately, unless you want more.)

What does the package contain?

• 1 handmade metal ticket
• 1 small and 1 large double ring for attachment
• 1 velvet storage bag

• Silver: Melchior
• Gold: Brass
• Rose gold: Copper

• S (20–22 mm): for mini dogs, cats
• M (25–28 mm): for small and medium dogs
• L (32–35 mm): for large dogs

Important: The size of the metal stamps is fixed, so I cannot change the size of the patterns. Therefore, the same design may look different on different sized tickets.

Handmade – every piece is unique

I make each ticket by hand, stamping each letter and pattern individually. Due to the manual technique, slight variations may occur - this makes each piece truly unique.

Mounting tips

• Hang the tag in a place where the metal carabiner of the leash cannot scratch or damage it.
• Be careful not to accidentally hook the leash carabiner into the ring holding the leash, as it is not designed to withstand high force and may break.
• Use an S-carabiner or a collar with a separate tag holder.
• Check the integrity and fastening of the ticket from time to time.

Care

Metals can become dull over time, especially copper. You can easily restore the original shine of your tickets by cleaning them with a mild vinegar solution. You can refresh the inscriptions with an alcohol pen. For best results, use the care kit.

Guarantee

• Free repairs: repainting, cleaning, polishing, crystal replacement.
• The guarantee does not apply to lost, chewed or damaged tickets or accessories (e.g. carabiner, charm).
• In case of repair, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Important warning

Never leave your dog unattended while wearing a collar – especially if he tends to chew on objects.
I take no responsibility for lost tickets or accidents resulting from ingestion.
It is the owner's responsibility to securely attach the ticket and check it regularly.
