The tickets come with a small and a large double ring. You can choose another carabiner under the Accessories menu.

If you would like CRYSTALS for your ticket, you can order them under the Crystals menu item. In the case of designs that already have crystals, you only need to add crystals to your cart if you want more than what is originally on the chosen design.

ORDER

- select the desired ticket base (size-color-shape)
- the subtitles and the font.
- give me your dog's name, phone number(s). Write down your idea or what design you would like me to put on the tag.

BASIC MATERIAL

The billets are made of 2 mm thick, high-quality, durable metal (silver: melchior, gold: brass, rose gold: copper).

SIZING

Small -S: for mini dogs and cats (20-22mm)
Medium - M: for small and medium dogs (25-28 mm)
Large - L: recommended for medium and large dogs (32-35 mm).

TECHNIQUE

Each ticket is made to order, individually. Each letter and pattern is individually applied to the base using metal stamps and a hammer. Since it is made entirely by hand, there may be slight variations in the pattern of the tickets: this makes each piece truly unique!

RECORDING

If possible, avoid hanging the tag in the collar ring. The metal carabiner of the leash can be damaged there, scratched over time, and the tag holder can break due to impacts. Also, make sure that when walking, do not accidentally hang the leash carabiner in the tag holder ring! Consider using collars with a tag holder hook where there is space to securely attach the accessory. Check the tag from time to time for integrity and proper fixation. I also recommend using the S-karabiner, which guarantees the most secure attachment.

CARE

With regular care, you can preserve the original shine of your bills. Copper, especially red copper, can lose its shine and change color over time. You can easily restore it with a little vinegar cleaning, and you can repaint the inscriptions with an alcohol marker.
For perfect results, use the care set.

GUARANTEE

I offer a repair guarantee for metal tickets, which includes cleaning, repainting, polishing, and replacement of any lost crystals. I am not responsible for damaged, chewed, or lost tickets, and the guarantee is not valid in these cases. The guarantee only applies to the ticket base, not to additional products (carabiners, charms, etc.). In the event of repair, the buyer is responsible for the postage.

ATTENTION!

Never leave your dog unattended while wearing a collar, especially if he is a breed that tends to chew on everything.
