I am happy to share with you our story, which was inspired by my dog, Mokka, nicknamed Moxy.

It all started when Mokka, our Sharpei mix, became part of our family. A few weeks after we took her into our home as a rescue, Mokka got lost and gave us the biggest scare of our lives. The hours we spent searching for her seemed endless, but luckily we found her safe and sound. That day was a turning point for me: I knew we had to find a reliable way for her to always find her way back to us.

I decided to buy him a dog tag, but I quickly realized that none of the ones on the market reflected the special bond we shared. I didn’t want just any tag; I wanted one that would express our love for him, that we had welcomed him into our family, and that would serve as a constant reminder of how close we came to losing him. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find anything that gave me what I was looking for. That’s when inspiration struck – I would make my own. Since I’ve always been fascinated by metals, it was clear what I wanted and I immediately fell in love with this unique technique.
